Sto­rage Duration

Per­so­nal data will be stored, sup­ple­men­ted and updated for as long as requi­red to ser­ve the pur­po­se for which the data was collec­ted, and which is desi­red by you, pro­vi­ded that the­re are no legal obli­ga­ti­ons to the con­tra­ry, such as, for examp­le, obli­ga­ti­ons to retain data under the Money Laun­de­ring Act (5 years), Com­mer­cial Law (6 years) or Tax Law (10 years).

Right to access data

You have the right to request and recei­ve infor­ma­ti­on about your data stored by us at any time.

Right to cor­rect or dele­te data

If the stored per­so­nal data is incor­rect or incom­ple­te, you have the right to request its cor­rec­tion or deletion.

Right to restrict data processing

You may request pro­ces­sing to be restric­ted if you dis­pu­te the accu­ra­cy of the data collec­ted, if the pro­ces­sing is unlaw­ful or if the pur­po­se of the pro­ces­sing has been fulfilled.

Right to with­draw consent

If the pro­ces­sing of your per­so­nal data for a spe­ci­fic pur­po­se is based on your con­sent, you can revo­ke this at any time; howe­ver, until the time of your revo­ca­ti­on, the data pro­ces­sing remains legal.

Right to object to data processing

You can object to the pro­ces­sing of your per­so­nal data at any time; pro­ces­sing will then no lon­ger take place.

Right to data por­ta­bi­li­ty (does not app­ly in the case of third-par­ty trans­fer pur­suant to Art. 14 GDPR)

Infor­ma­ti­on comes from direct con­ta­ct, various real esta­te por­tals, tips­ters, publicly acces­si­ble sources and simi­lar sources.

Auto­ma­ted decisi­on making (incl. profiling)

Data is used to meet cli­ent requi­re­ments; it is stored only as long as necessa­ry. The­re­af­ter, it is destroyed.
